Marcos Faheem is an experienced professional in human resources and education with a robust background in people systems and tutoring. Currently serving as the Manager of People Systems at Oak View Group since April 2023, Marcos has previously held key roles including Senior Manager of HRIS and Equity Administration at Newegg and Senior HRIS Analyst/Senior Payroll Analyst at Shenouda & Associates, LLP. In addition to HR expertise, Marcos has extensive experience as a math and physics tutor since 2007 and has contributed to youth sports as an assistant basketball coach at various high schools. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of La Verne, completed in 2015.
