Marshall Hoiness currently serves as the Director of Instruction at Oak Ridge Country Club since April 2021 and has been a Business Partner at H3 Investments, focusing on investment properties, since August 2013. Previous roles include Co-Owner of Mill Street Fitness from January 2006 to December 2021 and Player Development Professional at The Minikahda Club from March 2000 to April 2021. Additionally, Marshall Hoiness was the Head Coach for the Boys Varsity Golf team at The Blake School from March 2015 to November 2019, leading the team to multiple championships and state tournament appearances. Marshall Hoiness holds an Associate's degree in Golf Management from San Diego Golf Academy, earned between 1998 and 1999.
