Jackie Boudreaux is a Customer Relations Coordinator at Oak Hammock at the University of Florida, where responsibilities include maintaining exceptional customer relations during the buying, move-in, and transition processes since March 2020. Previously, Jackie served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at SJM Enterprises, Inc., overseeing a multi-unit outdoor quick-service food business and securing contracts with major clients such as Walt Disney World Resorts and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from July 1995 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Pension Administration Consultant at Dun & Bradstreet Pension Services, Inc., where oversight of retirement plan administration for a diverse client base was provided from June 1992 to July 1995. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Florida.
