Ann Cordes Reaves is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Health Care Services at Oak Crest-DeKalb Area Retirement Center since November 2017. Previously, Ann held roles as a Certified Restorative Nurse at BRIA of Geneva Health Care Services and Sandwich Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, where restorative programs were implemented to enhance resident function and dignity. Ann also worked as a Registered Nurse, advocating for over 45 residents and fostering relationships with diverse backgrounds, and served as the MDS/Care Plan Manager at Sandwich Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. Ann's volunteer work includes coordinating a mentoring program for at-risk students at Callanan Middle School. Ann holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Iowa State University.
