Heather Claridge is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Manager at Oak and Stone since September 2021 and as Food and Beverage Manager at ICON Management Services, Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Heather held the position of District Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. from December 2017 to December 2020 and served as General Manager at Compass Group from May 2014 to November 2016, overseeing operations at locations within the Tropicana Juice and Bealls department store headquarters. Earlier roles include Corporate Chef at ACN, where management of a culinary team and catering services for over 400 employees was key, and ownership of The Park Cafe, Inc. from 2008 to February 2013.
