Ben Jobson is an experienced Systems Administrator and Service Desk Technician currently working at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand since August 2021. With a strong background in IT support, Ben has held various roles at Megabyte NZ Limited, including Procurement, Service Desk Manager, Senior Service Desk Analyst, and Service Desk Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from hardware and software management to client support and network troubleshooting. Prior experience includes automotive refinishing roles at Arlington Motors and Blair Wright Group. Ben holds a Diploma of Systems Technology in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and continues professional development through the Institute of Management New Zealand.
