Nadine Lindsay, LL.B., ASC, currently serves as Présidente et cheffe de la direction of the Organisme d’autoreglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) since May 2016. Previously, Nadine held the role of Vice-présidente Affaires juridiques et secrétaire corporatif at Desjardins Groupe d'assurances générales from 2013 to 2016, overseeing a national legal team and managing corporate governance. Prior to that, involvement with Standard Life from 2001 to 2013 included the position of Vice-présidente Conformité, where Nadine led compliance initiatives and managed legal and regulatory risks. Earlier experience includes serving as Directrice affaires juridiques et conformité at Partenaires Cartier-Société financière Courvie-Dubeau and practicing as an Avocate at Racine Consultants Immobiliers. Nadine holds a Baccalauréat in Law from Université Laval and has furthered education at McGill University and Université Laval, along with being a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1994.
