William Cortes, CSE, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Delivery Manager and Program Manager at o9 Solutions, Inc. since July 2021. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and Founder/Head of Business Development at Kimbaya Technologies Inc. Their extensive experience also includes project management and consulting positions at Teradata, NCR Corporation, and Bancolombia, with a focus on software implementation, business development, and client relations across various industries globally. William holds a Certificate in Enterprise Architecture from the University of Toronto and has advanced degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Católica de Colombia, respectively.
