Brice Long has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brice started their career in 2010 as a Special Assistant at the Office of Donald Rumsfeld, where they provided support to the former Secretary of Defense. In 2012, they joined Stafford County Fire and Rescue as a Technician II, responsible for fire suppression, emergency medical services, and hazardous materials response. After five years with the agency, Brice transitioned to Concordia, a non-profit organization focused on building partnerships for social impact. There, they worked as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, helping to coordinate global convenings and facilitate meaningful experiences for members. In 2017, Brice took on the role of Director of Client Services at O2X Human Performance, a company that provides comprehensive, science-backed programs to public safety departments, federal agencies, and the military. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at O2X, overseeing the implementation of their EAT SWEAT THRIVE curriculum, which focuses on nutrition, conditioning, sleep, stress management, and resilience.
Brice Long received their Bachelor's degree from Roanoke College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Brice obtained the certification of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in December 2016.
