Adriane Oliveira

Analista de Customer Success at O2OBOTS

Adriane Oliveira has worked for a number of companies since 2004. Adriane began their career at Brasil Telecom SA as a Consultora Interna, where they were responsible for providing support to external consultants in the state of Santa Catarina, with a focus on corporate and government clients. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Grupo Nexxera as a Relacionamento com Clientes (Pré-Vendas), where they were part of the team that established the pre-sales area and was responsible for cold calling potential customers. During this time, they also worked at eCentry as a Custumer Sucess - Analista de Relacionamento com o Cliente, where they were responsible for creating and organizing the customer relationship area. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Exact Sales as a Consultora Pleno de Pré-vendas Eventos and a Consultora de Pré-vendas - SDR/BDR. Finally, they are currently employed at O2OBOTS as an Analista de Customer Success - Home Office and a Consultora SDR - Home Office, where they are responsible for diagnosing technical, situational, and latency pains of passive potential customers and passing them to the sales team.

Adriane Oliveira has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they completed their undergraduate degree in Ciências e Matemática - LP from Universidade de Passo Fundo. In 2003 and 2004, they completed their post-graduate degree in Psicopedagogia from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina. In 2017, they completed their post-graduate degree in Gestão de Estratégia em Marketing Digital from Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá. In 2021, they completed their certificate in Introdução ao Customer Success from RD University. Adriane is currently enrolled in CS Academy and working towards their certificate in Introdução ao Customer Experience.
