Roderic Vanheessen currently serves as Teamlead Sales at o2o Bicycle Leasing, a Ghent-based scale-up focused on sustainable mobility and bicycle leasing for Belgian organizations. Prior to this role, Roderic held various sales leadership positions, including Teamlead Sales and Partner Account Manager at Officient.io, a cloud-based HR and payroll solutions provider. Roderic's experience also includes a Sales Manager role at iController, specializing in credit management solutions, and an Area Sales Manager position at Beaulieu International Group, covering the Latin American market. Roderic began career efforts as a Sales Representative at Balterio, and has held positions in partner account management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as a Sales Advisor at Mercedes-Benz Belgium. Roderic holds a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and has pursued diverse educational experiences, including studies in Spain and an intercultural exchange program in Argentina.
