Deepthi S Kumar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a System Analyst at Subex Ltd, where they analyzed customer requirements and developed features for interconnect billing software. Deepthi S also took part in refactoring critical modules as part of maintenance. In 2015, they joined Oregon State University as a Graduate Research Assistant, a role they held until 2017. Deepthi S then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University from September 2017 to December 2017. In 2018, Deepthi joined O(1) Labs as a Protocol Development Engineer, where they worked until November 2021. From December 2021 onwards, they took on the role of Engineering Manager at the same company.

Deepthi S Kumar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University - The Oxford College of Engineering. Deepthi S attended this institution from 2008 to 2012.

Deepthi S later pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University. Deepthi S Kumar attended the university between 2015 and 2017 to complete their postgraduate studies.

In addition to their formal education, Deepthi S Kumar also obtained a certification as a Java 8 Programmer I. Deepthi S earned this certification from Oracle in April 2017.
