Andres Salgado serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Latin America at O-tek since April 2024, focusing on aggressive expansion and organizational transformation. Prior to O-tek, Salgado held various leadership roles at Dow from July 2007 to March 2024, including Managing Director for Andean Countries and Sales Director for Packaging & Specialty Plastics, overseeing teams to achieve growth and promoting a culture of inclusion and innovation. With a robust background in sales and marketing spanning multiple regions, Salgado has successfully managed significant business units and teams, including as Global Lamination Market Segment Leader. Education includes a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
