Wes Beighley is an accomplished Chief Information Officer at O. F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. since 2014, overseeing all facets of Information Technology including procurement, strategy, project management, and deployment for a broad network of over 5,000 retail sites and distributors. Prior to this role, Wes served as Vice President/CIO of Information Technology at Mattress Firm, managing IT operations for 5000 employees and more than 1200 locations. Experience also includes senior management roles at The Walt Disney Company and Xerox, where significant achievements included reducing operational costs and enhancing compliance processes. Wes began a career in IT management at Victoria's Secret and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from DeVry University.
