Michael Klein has extensive experience in manufacturing and production supervision within the firearms and machining industries. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Traditions Performance Firearms since February 2020, Michael oversees production and scheduling while managing a team of 12 employees. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a 3rd Shift Supervisor at O. F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. and held positions ranging from CNC Machine Technician and Robotic's at Hobson & Motzer, Inc. to Machine Technician at Faria Beede Instruments, Inc. Additionally, Michael contributed to building a 3rd shift at Okay Industries, Inc. and was a business owner in taxidermy for two decades. Michael's educational background includes coursework in Machine Tool Technology from Middletown Community College and a Class A certification from NETTIS Tractor Trailer School.
