Before joining mkc consulting as a Principal, Mindi worked at O.C. Tanner as the Vice President of Culture, Managing Editor of Corporate Communications, and Supervisor of Bids and Proposals. Mindi holds an MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
