Craig C. has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies. Craig is currently working as the Head of Data Technology at NZ Super Fund since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Data Analytics at AIA NZ from 2019 to 2023, where they played a key role in the acquisition of Sovereign by AIA Group and led integration, transformation deliverables, and compliance programs.

Before joining AIA NZ, Craig worked at Sovereign from 2014 to 2019 in two different roles. As the Head of Business Insights, they provided strategic data and analytics leadership, modernized capabilities, and managed various data projects across actuarial, marketing, distribution, finance, and regulatory domains. Craig also took on the role of Head of Service Delivery (Acting), where they were responsible for technology application availability, support, and enhancement, contributing to technology and organizational strategies.

Prior to their time at Sovereign, Craig held the position of VP Global Client MI, Finance, International Banking at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the development and delivery of client-level financial analyses and successfully delivered offshoring projects.

Craig started their career at ASB Bank in 2004, where they held several positions including Head of Reporting & Analytics, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. While at ASB Bank, they led the creation of a centralized reporting and analytics team, revised management reporting packs, and led a migration to a new BI platform.

Overall, Craig C. has a strong background in data analytics, technology management, and project leadership, with experience in the finance and insurance industries.

Craig C. attended Massey University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree. Their studies focused on finance and management.
