Victoria Sofía Hernández Bongiorno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management roles. Currently serving as a CRM Manager and Store Manager at NYX Professional Makeup since August 2017, Victoria has been instrumental in driving sales and analyzing business performance through KPIs. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Store Manager and Beauty Advisor at KIKO MILANO, as well as a Sales Assistant at the European External Action Service, where Victoria supported project evaluation in development cooperation. Earlier, Victoria served as an English Language Teacher at The Real Academy. Academically, Victoria holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from Universidad Central de Venezuela, along with certifications in Italian and English language instruction.
