Ruchit Shah serves as a Senior System Analyst at NYU Langone Health since February 2024 and has a robust background in biomedical engineering and research. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, where Ruchit managed NIH-funded grants and mentored junior scientists. Experience also encompasses work at PLACENTAL ANALYTICS LLC, focusing on deep learning applications in histopathology and analyzing clinical outcomes related to placental biomarkers. Previous roles include Graduate Assistant at UMDNJ, where Ruchit conducted image analysis and characterized novel collagen sequences, and a position as an Analyst Programmer, developing methods for placental growth measurement. Ruchit holds a PhD, MEng, and MS in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rutgers University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
