Olivia Xu is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Global Public Health and Biology at New York University, expected to graduate in 2024. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Assistant at NYU Langone Health since January 2022, Olivia works under Principal Investigator Dr. Beth Leeman-Markowski at the NYU Langone Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. Previous experience includes a role as a Clinical Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital from May 2018 to August 2023, under PI Dr. Jingping Wang, and positions such as a Medical Assistant at Skin & Aesthetic Surgery of Manhattan and various leadership roles in the Delta Epsilon Mu Alpha Tau Chapter at NYU. Olivia has also completed internships at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and The Herb Chambers Companies, gaining diverse exposure to clinical and administrative environments.
