Tracy Clark, JD, is an accomplished HR consultant with extensive experience in establishing best HR practices for small businesses and startups. Currently serving as an HR Consultant at Human Resources Consulting since October 2019, Tracy focuses on developing scalable processes, compliance, and employee relations. As a founding member of TroopHR, Tracy contributes to a national network that empowers HR professionals. Previous leadership roles include Director of People Operations at Saltbox, Director of People at Stardog, and Director of People and Workplace Operations at Insight Data Science, where Tracy managed operations for numerous successful fellowship programs. Tracy's earlier career includes positions in legal externships with the EEOC and labor relations with the University of Delaware. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, along with a Bachelor's degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
