Alysse Janet is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and technology transactions. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Aircall since March 2021, Alysse focuses on drafting and negotiating complex agreements with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Alysse held the position of Assistant VP, Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities included negotiating technology agreements and providing legal counsel for significant financial transactions. Alysse also served as a Contract Attorney at EPIQ SYSTEMS, LTD., an IP Associate at Powley & Gibson P.C., and held research positions related to trademark law.
