Deverson Charles is an accomplished leader in project management and implementation, currently serving as the Director of Implementations & Project Management at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. since February 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Project Manager at BD, where Deverson facilitated key projects focused on product launches, quality improvement, and cost reduction, while managing cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication across the organization. At RAYUS Radiology, Deverson held several roles, including Manager of IT Project Management, where strategic portfolios were developed and IT project tracking was established. Earlier professional experience includes work as an IT Data Center Mainframe Specialist at UnitedHealth Technologies and as District Sales Manager at Primerica. Deverson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Southwest Minnesota State University.
