Raja Gupta, CFA, FRM, serves as a Special Investment Officer at the New York State Insurance Fund since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director at Depfa Bank and as a Risk Consultant at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. Additionally, Raja worked as an Equity Research Associate at EQ Investment Advisors, focusing on financial analysis for energy firms, and held positions including Financial Analyst at a startup, Team Lead at C&S Wholesale Grocers, and Consultant at both BlueMartini Software and Novell. Raja holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, an MS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BE in Electronics & Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University.
