Rob Polce obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they had also earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1989 and 1994. In addition, Rob has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which they obtained from The Quality Group in June 2013.
