Synnøve Tallaksen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Synnøve'smost recent role is as an Accounting Manager at Nykode Therapeutics, which they started in July 2022. Before that, they worked at Schneider Electric where they held various accounting positions, including Chief Accountant, Senior Accounting Specialist, and Accountant from 2017 to 2022. Prior to their time at Schneider Electric, they worked as a Kunderådgiver at Danske Bank from 2016 to 2017. Synnøve also has experience in the healthcare sector, working as a Personlig Assistent at Uloba Independent Living Norge and as an Assistent at Nidelven hjemmetjeneste and Lura bo & aktivitetssenter. Additionally, they have worked as a Regnskapsmedarbeider at Energy People - part of NES Global Talent and as a Resepsjonist at Sven Kvia.

Synnøve Tallaksen attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration with a specialization in project management.
