Gro Helene O. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Gro Helene currently works as a Senior QA Specialist at Nykode Therapeutics since November 2022. Before that, they were a Regulatory Manager at LINK Medical Research from May 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Farmasøytisk rådgiver at Sykehusapotekene i Midt-norge Hf from January 2021 to May 2021.

From October 2018 to December 2020, Gro Helene O. held multiple roles at Catapult Life Science AS. Gro Helene O. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Bioingeniør from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) between 1996 and 1999. Gro Helene later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Bioteknologi at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2004 to 2006.
