Surender (Suren) Mehta is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nykaa since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership from various prominent organizations. Prior roles include HR Director for Vodafone's VOIS India and Global Head of HR for VOIS Business, where Surender oversaw a workforce of over 22,000 employees and led the people agenda across multiple countries. Additionally, Surender held positions such as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Vodafone, focusing on business HR operations, compensation integration, and performance management. Earlier career experiences include serving as HR Manager at ITC Hotels and Deputy Manager - Personnel at Magnum International. Surender holds an Advanced Management Programme degree from Harvard Business School and an MBA in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
