Shilpa Jain (Surtani) is an experienced professional in consumer and market insights, currently serving as AVP, Head Consumer & Market Insights at Nykaa since August 2021. Prior to this role, Shilpa worked at Google from February 2019 to February 2021 as a Consumer & Market Insights Specialist, and at Kantar TNS as a Consumer Insights Consultant from January 2014 to December 2015. Shilpa's career began at The Coca-Cola Company, where a focus on consumer insights was evident in the role of Manager - Knowledge & Insights from November 2009 to November 2012, and previously at Kantar TNS as a Senior Project Director from 2004 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Communication and Business Management from Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad, and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
