Dr. Jason Galary has a diverse work experience in the lubricants industry, with a focus on research, development, and innovation. Dr. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Director - Research, Development, and Innovation at Fuchs Lubricants Co. Prior to this, they worked at Nye Lubricants for nearly two decades, holding various roles. These roles included Director of Quality & Product Integrity, Director of Research, Development, & Innovation, Senior Manager of Applied Science & Tribology, Engineering Development & Application Manager, Technical Support, Applications, and Engineering Manager, and APAC Business Development & Product Manager. In their roles at Nye Lubricants, they were responsible for developing R&D strategies, creating product development strategies for various industries, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop customer solutions. Before joining Nye Lubricants, Dr. Galary gained experience as an ADVT Design Engineer at EMC and as a Hardware Testing Technician at Sierracom Inc.

Dr. Jason Galary completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Stang High School from 1993 to 1997, where they focused on Math. Dr. Jason later pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Galary then proceeded to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Mechanics and Materials from the same institution between 2015 and 2018. Most recently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Innovation Development & Finance at Northeastern University from 2017 to 2020.
