Shenelle B. has extensive experience in community health and patient support, currently serving as a Community Health Worker Supervisor at NYC Health + Hospitals since June 2020. Shenelle previously held roles as a Community Liaison Worker and Case Investigator, focusing on patient assessments, resource research, and COVID-19 case investigations. Prior to this, Shenelle gained valuable experience as a Resident Care Student Intern at Matthew House and held various positions that enhanced customer service and healthcare knowledge, including internships and roles in food service and administrative support. Shenelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Wells College, earned in 2020.
