Kathleen O'Brien has a diverse background in medical billing, patient care coordination, and operations management, currently working at NY Physical Therapy & Wellness since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at J&B Restaurant Partners, Inc. from June 2018 to September 2021, where Kathleen served as Assistant to the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Sales Team Lead, and Cashier, contributing significantly to the growth of the concessions industry at Jones Beach. Additional experience as Assistant to the Theatre Technician at Siena College involved assisting in set construction and lighting design for productions. Kathleen’s international coordination skills were demonstrated while organizing a mindfulness program event in Tulum, Mexico, during a brief stint with MissionBe. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Siena College and has pursued history studies at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires.
