Lauren Fourie has a wealth of experience in the fashion and retail industry, having worked for a number of prominent companies. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Dreamcoat: Mood Boosting Outerwear. Prior to this, they were Chief Merchandising Officer at NxTSTOP, Fashion and Brand Consultant at Lauren Fourie Consulting, and Head Merchant at Cuyana. From 2015 to 2013, they held the roles of VP Merchandising and Buying at J & M Home Fashions, LLC, Sales and Merchandising Director and Sr Account Executive at Oscar de la Renta, and Key Account Manager and Account Manager at Ralph Lauren. From 2007 to 2004, they were Assistant Merchandise Manager and Merchandise Assistant at DFS Group Limited, and Assistant Manager and Leadership Development Program at Gap Inc./ Banana Republic.

Lauren Fourie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
