Cherry Diaz began their work experience in 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Convergys. Cherry later took on the role of Mentor on Duty in Tier 2 Technical Support Helpdesk, providing training and assistance to representatives. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Representative, assisting customers with cable and internet services.

In 2012, Cherry transitioned into talent acquisition roles, starting at a confidential company and later joining Maxim Staffing Solutions. Cherry 'sresponsibilities in these positions included sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and building relationships with passive candidates.

From 2014 to 2015, Cherry worked as a Recruiting Team Manager at PSG Global Solutions, where they ensured the successful implementation and growth of accounts, managed recruiter performance, and developed competencies in sourcing and recruiting.

In 2016, Cherry joined Mondelēz International as a Recruiter Team Lead. Cherry 'sresponsibilities included partnership with managers, attracting talent, and implementing employment marketing strategies.

From 2016 to 2020, Cherry worked at D&L Industries, Inc. as part of the Recruitment and Staffing team. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and onboarding top talent, devising recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

In 2020, Cherry became a Technical Recruiter at RPO International, where they sourced, interviewed, and selected qualified candidates for clients while also managing job advertisements and pre-employment documents.

Currently, Cherry holds the position of People Operations Specialist at nXscale. Cherry is focused on building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a smooth employee journey, and connecting global startups with the Philippine talent market.

Cherry Diaz completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Financial Accounting from Far Eastern University. Cherry attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
