Scott Chen is an experienced engineer with a strong background in silicon validation, hardware design, and test program development. Currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer and Team Lead at NXP Semiconductors since December 2015, Scott has previously held similar roles at Freescale Semiconductor, contributing to cost reduction and testing at both package and wafer levels. Earlier experience includes a position as a Field Applications Engineer at Teradyne, providing customer support and test programming, as well as internships at Texas Instruments focused on test program development and hardware/software validation. Scott holds an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from St. Edward's University and two engineering degrees from Texas A&M University, including a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
