Michael Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and credit collection sectors. Currently serving as a Senior RF Technician at NXP Semiconductors since November 2006, Michael specializes in supporting engineers with RF power amplifier designs, including circuit assembly, troubleshooting, calibration, and training. Prior to this role, Michael excelled as a Senior Collector/Unit Lead at Van Ru Credit Corporation from December 2002 to September 2008, where achievement in collections and team leadership was demonstrated. Additionally, Michael worked as a Sales Supervisor at Interactive Teleservices, managing and developing teams of 10-30 employees.
