Rui Oliveira is an experienced technical writer with a robust background in documentation and product education across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at NXLog since July 2023, Rui previously held the role of Technical Author at Sentinels from January to June 2023, where foundational documentation processes were established. Prior to that, Rui managed the Technical Documentation team at Feedzai from March 2019 to December 2022, having started as an interim leader and senior writer within the same company. Rui’s career also includes significant contributions at Vision-Box, Altitude Software, and several software development roles in various organizations. Rui holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
