Allie Yao has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at NWS Holdings Limited since October 2018. In this role, Allie is involved in the M&A processes for toll road projects, managing due diligence, and preparing decision-making support materials for senior management. Prior to this, Allie worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong, handling annual audits for major clients and showcasing strong project management skills. Allie has also contributed to legal and compliance efforts at China Merchants Securities, provided support in financial operations as an intern at Rockwell Automation, and completed financial duties as an intern at Allianz China Life Insurance Company. Academically, Allie holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Nanjing University.
