Linda Vidacak, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems at Northwest Pipe Company, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Linda held various human resources roles, including Division Human Resources Manager at Permalok Pipe Company and Human Resources & Safety Manager at Panera, LLC, where talent acquisition functions were developed for multiple manufacturing operations. Early career experience includes positions such as Safety Consultant at Safety Management Services and Human Resources Manager at Petrofsky's Bakery, as well as an HR assistant role at Home Savings of America. Linda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Southeast Missouri State University.
