Michelle Carlsen has over two decades of experience in sales operations and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at NWN Corporation since November 1999, Michelle has developed extensive expertise in sales processes and operations. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Inside Sales Manager at Enterprise Networking Solutions, Inc. from February 2019 to November 2019. Additionally, Michelle spent a significant period from 1999 to 2009 as an Account Manager at Western Blue Corp, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and driving sales growth.
