Jonas Hed is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as Customer Success Manager at nWise AB since June 2009, where Jonas is technically responsible for the Swedish video relay service. Previous roles include Product Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the establishment of video relay services across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, Thailand, and the USA. Jonas co-founded ProjectRunner, focusing on project management software from 2008 to 2011, and worked as a lead software developer at Memnon Network Applications AB from 2002 to 2008, serving clients such as Geodis Wilson. Jonas began a career as a software developer at Trade Extensions while completing a Master’s thesis at Uppsala University, where the company was founded based on the research conducted. Jonas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Uppsala University (1995-2000) and completed secondary education at Rudbecksgymnasiet, Örebro (1985-1989).
