Jamel B. has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative II at Northwest Hardwoods since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jamel held various positions including Account Manager at PECO Pallet, Inc. from September 2015 to August 2021, managing operations for Sam's Total Pallet Management and Walmart Distribution Centers. Jamel began a career in field sales at Warner Music Group, developing skills in relationship management and sales strategies.
