Shannon Massingale, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Care Coordination at NWF Health Network, overseeing child welfare across circuits 1, 2, and 14 since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Director of Care Coordination at Lakeview Center Inc from December 2005 to December 2022, providing services for both adults and children in mental health and coordinating care for individuals involved with foster care. Shannon gained experience as an intern at Pavilion at West Florida Hospital in 2017, focusing on crisis therapy, group therapy, and assessments, and previously worked as a part-time intake counselor for the Department of Juvenile Justice from 2003 to 2010. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both obtained from the University of West Florida.
