Kanshasa Tyrone Downs currently serves as a Fatherhood Peer Support Specialist at NWF Health Network and is the founder of A Just Man Rises Corporation, a nonprofit focused on empowering individuals to fulfill their spiritual purpose. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at The GEO Group, Inc. and as a Benefits Advisor at Aflac. With a military background, Kanshasa spent over two decades at the Marine Corps, concluding as a Communications Maintenance Manager while also fulfilling pastoral roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Park University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
