Caitlin Buchanan, LMSW, currently serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at NW Works, where responsibilities include empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through job coaching and facilitating transitions for Project SEARCH participants to independent employment. Previous experience includes roles such as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Winchester Community Mental Health Center, where Caitlin conducted intake assessments and provided therapy, and various positions in customer service and food service, enhancing strong interpersonal skills. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from James Madison University.
