Patrick Carr is an accomplished Station Design Engineer at NW Natural since June 2021, focusing on the coordination, design, and project management of a multi-million dollar portfolio of gas regulating and metering stations while analyzing damages to gas mains. Previously, as a Design Engineer, Patrick facilitated capacity upgrades for industrial customers and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements in the Pacific Northwest Natural Gas industry. Patrick also has experience as an Integrity Management Engineering Intern, Engineering Fellow, and Technical Specialist, with a strong foundation in project management, cost reporting, and CAD modeling. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland and studied at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
