Justin Pool is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer acquisition, business operations, and construction management. Currently serving as a Customer Acquisition Services Manager at NW Natural since February 2017, Justin has previously held roles such as Business Operations Analyst and Customer Acquisition Services Consultant. Prior to NW Natural, Justin was the President and Corporate Officer at Denali Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included program and project management with a focus on sustainability in commercial construction. Experience at American Family Insurance as an Agency Owner and Producer involved expertise in residential and commercial policy management, while earlier work at Cutting Edge Floors, INC. encompassed project management and quality control as a Project Manager/Foreman and Journeyman Installer. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from Western Governors University.
