Angela Cadena is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and economic evaluation. Currently serving as a Business & Budget Analyst III at NW Natural since 2010, Angela monitors Operations and Maintenance costs while collaborating with senior management to optimize resource allocation and report on spending trends. Prior roles include Budget Analyst II at the Portland Development Commission, where Angela provided financial analysis for Urban Renewal Areas, and Economic Specialist at Enron, focusing on the valuation of power plants for energy asset disposition.
