Joshua Weikers, CFA, CMB, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets. Currently serving as VP of Capital Markets at NVR, Inc. since April 2022, Joshua previously held the position of SVP of Mortgage Capital Markets at FirstBank from March 2021 to April 2022. Joshua's career began at Fannie Mae, where a focus on capital markets was established from July 2013 to March 2021, following a role as a Regulatory Analyst at FINRA from May 2009 to July 2013, concentrating on fixed income investigations, insider trading surveillance, and registration and disclosure. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Investments from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business and an MBA in Finance from Villanova School of Business.
