Prior to this role, he served as the Managing Partner at Scott Eagan Consulting, focusing on revenue recognition accounting, software licensing, and finance and accounting process improvement. With previous experience at companies like SugarCRM, Microsoft Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, Scott has a strong background in controls, compliance, and audit engagements. He holds an MBA in Strategy/Finance/Information Technology from the University of California, Irvine and a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance from Humboldt State University.
